Worked fine a few months ago..can no longer lift cab..I think my a/o pump is trying to tell me something?

Where is the cover plate? Rain will enter without it. Sounds like the pump is stalled.

I removed the cover plate and sprayed the a/o pump with a bit of soapy water around the gasket .

I would say it is time to tear it down and inspect the O-Rings...

Need to rebuild it. There's a piston seal in them that turns yellow and crumbles into tiny bits.

That's an option. I did mine with a kit from Parker - took about 30 minutes. Learning achieved!
