So I am a lmtv guy and decided to do a humvee project. Got an 1123 and when it arrived it was missing parts figure it was the squad parts rig.

Anyway the generator thrown in doesn't line up with the rest of the pulleys so I figure it's the wrong pulley. Ordered the new pully and the shaft diameter is completely different. It also had the air-conditioning set up. I looked in the tms but don't know what generator I need .

Attached pics if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it 20210405_162118.jpg20210405_162118.jpg20210405_162033.jpg20210417_173724.jpg20210417_173712.jpg

the 1123s came with the 200 amp dual voltage generator.
If it isn't lining up correctly check to make sure the mounting bracket is secure. Mine was at a little bit of an angle because the exhauststud it mounted toat the rear was sheared off, and 2 of the other 3 bolts were loose.

I just went out and looked at mine. Definitely looks like the wrong pulley. On mine the nut fits inside the center of the pulley (kind of cup shaped)

Isn’t this the same truck from FB and had same issue and was told they needed a solid 200amp pulley?
Possibly I was told it had the wrong pulley and so I ordered the right pulley however it won't fit on the generator as the input shift is extremely big. So it is the wrong generator. Sorry for the delayed reply usually have my alerts on don't know why It didn't let me know
