Air-O-Matic Problems

While driving my duece the other day I had problems w/ the air asist steering. I had to turn the wheel way too much for it to work and its operation was intermitant. Now it doest engage at all.We followed all instructions with the kit and its air valve was turned on fully and we kwow we have air to the torque valve but no operation.

Maybe your drag link adustment is loose, it really makes a big difference. The end screws in with a drag link socket to tighten the cups around the ball end of the steering arm. Make sure it is greased. Good luck, JT
