Airpack problem solution

I have a 1987 M35A2. It started to develop brake fluid coming out of airpack vent. I thought it would need a rebuild but instead I investigated farther. Took all main airlines off airpacks and put air tool oil in and reconected air lines. Also took off main compressor air line and put methonol in it to get rid of any moisture accumulation. Now airpacks work properly with no brake fluid blowing out vent tube. Just like fuel systems air systems need proper lubrication and maintenance. Hope this helps some.
