When I was poking around by the fuse block I noticed a block that looked to have a speaker or buzzer in it tucked up with all the relays up there. Is that supposed to sound and when? Only when there is a prob or when the ignition is switched on?

Should be a seatbelt warning buzzer and timer according to the wiring schematic. I have one rolling around somewhere in the back of my truck.
