Yes it is !! AMAZING to convoy thru NYC under a police escort !!! Under escort thru the Lincoln Tunnel !!! Windshield down is the absolute BEST way if possible !! I pull my top at the Diner every year !!

Some years its been COLD!! But still WORTH EVERY SECOND!!!!!!!! One year we picked up a group of Sailors walking up from the docks to the Parade !!! How cool is that !!!! This year is the NAVY"S YEAR TO BOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just an fyi ")

As it stands its the same street as last year and years before. I just wait until confirmed . and so far it is. Our street has only changed once in the 7 or so years I have been doing this event

For those who are not making the convoy in, .. We are staging / mustering on 27th street, we enter via " PARK " it is important to arrive by 0930 latest, There are about 25,000 Parade participant's jockeying for position ... "

The NYC Veterans Parade was first led off by General Black Jack Pershing !! He on horse back led off 20,000 American Soldiers that were then Veterans of WW1 !!!!!!!!!!!! On the very same route we will do this year !!!! That WAS THE FIRST VETERANS PARADE!!!!That's History that just cant be beat !!!!

ALL welcome !!!! 11/11/11 is the day date and parade kick off time ... )

We stage / muster on 27th street enter from Park ave. We must be in place no later then 0930, The streets become packed with over 25000 attendees !!!! jockeying for there positions, Floats ...Bands ...Soldiers , Sailor's, Marines, Coast guard , Air Force, Veteran's from ALL !!!!
