M37 and other military Dodge owners within range of Petaluma, CA this week are invited to participate in the Dodge Boys Meet, a special showcase at Camp Petaluma this Friday 2 - 5 pm. Any era or condition. Camp Petaluma is the largest annual historic military vehicle gathering and swap meet in the West. This is the second event at San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA campground, formerly it was at Tower Park Resort east of Rio Vista for 13 years and at other venues before that. Note that we are moving it back to Tower Park in April 2019. There will be a smaller but still large version called Camp Delta at Tower Park Resort September 18-23, 2018.
Very important for day-use visitors to look closely at the event info on www.MVCCNews.net in the calendar area. For some photos of the facility, see the thread on EVENTS here on the G... http://forums.g503.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=291525
Best to drive your MV in, as there is no "civilian" visitor parking at KOA due to soggy parking fields. Stop at KOA office to pick up the Activities Schedule flyer which has a map on the back and instructions if you have not arranged to park at a friend's campsite. Those without MVs, see the offsite parking and shuttle instructions on the website. The visitor parking situation is one reason why we are moving the meet next year.
