I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Randy I own some acrage in so. mississippi and my toy colection is growing. The Queen of this hill says I have too much junk-Toys, I say never !!! Been reading plenty posts, had several laughs !! But most of all I have learned alot of good stuff about military surplus, I recently perchased a mep 701a 3kw genset, I was lucky to to end up with a nice unit, only to find out it is really not enough kw to fit my needs, Now to find a bigger genset, Gonna keep reading and I will figure it out, Thank you , Randy

Look for a mep002(5kw) or mep003(10kw) once you get bigger, you need to watch out for 3ph only sets. There is also 400hz sets instead of 60hz that you'll need to watch out for too.
