Post #47 in this thread starts a M-1078 build... They used an abrasive cut off disc. This is really good reading when you get time. It will give you lots of good ideas.
I agree with previous posters. A cutting disk or torch is your friend. When I got my parts truck the military had started removing the bed and a lot of the bolts were already torched off. I continued the trend and torched the rest off. It was quick and easy. The 5-tons are a bit trickier with the subframe and trans cooler, but even they aren't too bad.
