Anyone have an M353 Generator trailer?

I'm looking for the outside diameter of the brake drum and ID for the wheel on the M353. This axle used any where else?

Need 2x axles for a trailer project. M353 have approx the load rating req. but need a lower profile wheel/tire. Would like to get to a 16" +/- dia wheel/tire. In the TM the brake drum OD looks to be not much larger than the hub but looking for some actual dimensions.
