Look in the TM (TM's can be found a John Tennis's site, or on liberated manuals). All LDT-465 engines will have either the same or very close specs, regardless of the year or manufacturer.
Neither the 1992 TM 9-2320-361-34 nor the 2006 TM 9-2320-361-24-1 list a torque spec in the adjustment instructions for the adjustment nut on the rocker arms. The rocker shaft pedestal bolts are listed as 28 ft. lbs. in the 1992 manual and 44 ft. lbs in the 2006 manual. I don't know why they raised the torque spec for the bolts.
