Anyone near Wildrose North Dakota?

Im wanting to buy a siren from a guy there but he won't ship, I would love to get it put on a pallet and shipped to me. If anyone can help that would be great.

So looked up Wildrose ND. It is 102 miles west of me here in Minot ND or about 2 hours away. How big is this thing and what are you expecting?
