Appear to have lost all 12v

I've been working on getting a lift installed and made a test drive and noticed the blinkers weren't blinking on the dash when I engaged them. Turns out I've lost dash lights, brake lights, turn signals, headlights, etc. I'll be outside under the hood today, curious if anyone else has had the same failure and what they found.

Yep. I must have bumped it and didn't realize it. I've read about some of the electrical problems you can have with these trucks so I expected the worst. So far I've been lucky.

Low buck lift kit, scored this at a pick-n-pull, then found a good set of 33x12.50's on craigslist. This truck isn't going anywhere, too much fun.
