Approval for classified ad?

I submitted a classified ad yesterday afternoon at about 2:30 pm. It has not yet shown up in the listings, but it does appear in my classifieds profile as "pending approval." Just wondering if I may have missed a step in submitting it?

I don't know why the site decides some ads have to be approved, but I just released it so it should be up.

The same problem is happening to me. I had an ad that was pending approval for like 5 days finally deleted it and now just reposed it maybe a little help with my ad as well would be awesome.
