Did the military ever sell any of the armored humvees to them public?
I’m talking about the ones with the big thick block slider side windows. Like 4” thick

In theory no. All armor is supposed to be shredded.

In practice, all kinds of stuff slips out. Not stolen, nothing illegal to posses, just stuff that was sold with the wrong demil code.
