Bat wing Deuce machine shop gasser

The link is to a thread on G838. The guy lives in Pakistan and found some Deuces at a local scrap yard. One is a gasser M46 chassis with the bat wing machine shop on it. I think very few were made before the figured out the bat wing was better suited to a five ton chassis.

That bat wing is a rare bird indeed. The one rim you can actually see inside is a M34 rim. Another rare thing.

It's paint. Dueces are all over Pakistan. We were there for 6 weeks a few years ago right after the earthquake. Rare trucks are all over. I am guessing it would be almost impossible to get one out too.

The other trucks in the picture are supposed to be the Japanese version of the M37. Those look pretty interesting. I think they area diesel.

Wow, I thought I had a chance of finding the hydraulic press for my Shop Set #2 ( Gullwing ). Part of it was shown in one of the photos, but Pakistan is too far to drive. Seriously, my Gullwing is almost complete again, still need the swing away hydraulic press. If anyone knows..................... I'm interested. JT out
