Just went to junkyard and bought 4 really nice leather seats for 100 dollars. Problem is commander's seat . My new seat will sit too high on that side. Any ideas?

Would it be possible to cut off all the bracketry on that one seat and let it essentially sit flat on top of the battery box? Please post photos as you get them installed!
