Best way to drain fuel tanks

I’m looking for a way to pump them down to avoid spilling diesel everywhere. I found that unscrewing the strainer on the driver’s fuel tank was easy enough on my M932A2 so pumping the fuel out was no issue. The passenger’s side tank’s strainer wasn’t budging so I ended up unbolting the fuel gauge sending unit and running the intake house into the tank. Once pumped down it left less than 5 gallons in the tank so mission accomplished. Thanks

Just pump from the 5gal bucket or whatever you use to another storage tank as it fills up.

I use those big round totes from Walmart that hold like 17gal of stuff. Great for oil and fuel at only $15
