Got lots of pictures to sort out and you bet I'll post them as soon as I can do it.
It turns out that the "mishaps" have made this trip so much more rewarding and it's not over yet, Greg will bring a new generator from Will Wagner tomorrow. Who knows what will be next.

Bjorn, he's bringing a 60A alternator right? Any problems in hooking this up let me know. Basically its a 3 wire install.

No Bjorn told me a generator. I asked if it had a 90 degree fitting with a 3 pin cannon plug and he said yes

Excellent. I was thinking he was switching his over. Glad you have the generator he needs. Man this site awesome as represented by its members.

I was gonna take the alt and harness off of my truck, but the harness is so brittle, the insulation cracked as soon as I tried to moved it. I figured changing the pulley over was alot less time consuming then repairing a 20+ year old harness. Bjorn, if it's not correct, call me, there are more items to choose from so it can be worked out.
