Black out and Running lights switches

Anyone have a source , PN, NSN, civilian number, etc of the two switches for the blackout and running lights the CUCVs use? The truck was civilianized a bit so am trying to but things back.

those are military only switches, and they are not being manufactured anymore.
saturn surplus, or memphis equipment should have them.

if you can tell me what is needed to remove mine you can have mine but is still need reg. lights
my truck is going to be a fire truck
