Black out lights quite dim.

The drivers side rear Blackout light in the bumper of the M1009 I bought seems to grow dim sometimes- You can see the difference from the passenger side lamp. How do you test and R&R these?

Unless you are on manuvers at night there is really no need for the B/O light sto work.

The ground wire on these B/O lights are attached to the light mounting bolts. All of the ones I have worked on, the mounting bolts are very corroaded and usually break. I would just leave it unless you need them to work.

I have not seen any new ones. I'm not saying they aren't out there.
