I pulled the 2 toggle switches from the M1009. The one with 6 leg looks like it works. Both of the ones with 4 legs will not stay in any position except for the center. Is this right or is it broken? Also which one is which? I am thinking 6 legs one is lights and 4 leg one is black out lights.

The 4 pin switch is a momentary switch that returns to center so yes, it is working properly.

And yes, the 6 pin is the Service/Off/BO switch and the 4 pin is the BO drive switch.
