Broken odometer

Another small issue on my cucv, my speedometerworks bt the odometer is stuck, it tries to turn but only clicks.
If ther a fix, lube maybe? or does the entire speedo unit need replacement.

Probably easier to replace...

I've seen GL pics of CUCV's with "add xx,xxx" stickers miles to odometer reading on the dash...
