bulbs for cat eye

The bulbs for the cat eyes are blown and I am unable to find any markings on them because of the rust to get replacements. Does anyone know what the bulb numbers are for them. I have checked the parts cross reference chart but I don't see a listing for cat eye bulbs.

They are the bottom bulb in the front light assy.
