I just gutted my cab this weekend. Have a lot of rust. What have you folks done?
-Paint and prime? Did you use oil or latex paint? What did you prime with?
-Did anyone LINEX or Rino line their interior?
-Did you use the old floor mats or did you put something new in? If something new what?
-Did anyone put in dynomat? I've seen other threads where people line the engine bay.
Has anyone found suitable floor pan plugs?

I'm just trying to figure out the best method so i only have to do it once.

Thanks for your assistance.

Matters how bad the rust is. I might just cut mine out (which is badly rusted) and replace with something like http://www.hotrodhardware.com/index...d=7358/category_id=1614/mode=prod/prd7358.htm video on this product

or make your own..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxERMYnYxbg

Another advantage with it out is one could possibly better restore the support members below the sheet metal of the pan before replacing it. There seems to be no access to reach the interior of the channeled supports without cutting out a bit of the floor pan anyway. I only know that cause my floor pan rusted thru where the pedal attaches and floor around pedal gave way.
