cab mount donuts

I was wondering if you guys know a source for these rubber donuts , which hold the cab. Mine are pretty much gone due to the fact that my truck doesn't have air bags on the cab.
I also need the two that go on the rear latch

I'd assume they are the same. The earlier trucks don't have the rubber donuts at the rear cab though... If I'm not mistaken
