I have used a company called CAD Crowd in the past. They are based out of Canada and have CAD designers all around the world who work for cheap. I used them for 25+ CAD files for plastic part manufacturing and all parts have been spot on.

I use SolidWorks and have some FMTV parts already drawn. Glad to assist with what I can.
