working on air system having problems with electrical system secondary tank will not build over 30 psi. need repair or service manual for 2007 caiman mrap help appreciated thank you

You need to hook a manual gauge onto the secondary side tank. I had issues with a gauge sticking on one for an SO here. It was building to correct pressure just showed wrong on the dash. I chased and chased air lines to try to find the issue. It was right in front of me.

im going to give that a try. weird thing is i got it to build pressure then in purged under the dash pass side under the fuses/relays and lost pressure again
