Ok blown head gasket, and the head is craked between the valves on all cyl's. Have a lead on a 6.5 with a bad bottom end, but good top end. Can 6.5 heads be swaped onto a 6.2 like ya can do with 360 heads on a 318?

nothing much at all, the 6.5 has slightly larger cups (not much diff at all) so the compression would drop to ~20:1 (from stock 21:1)
power would not change at all, unless you upped the fuel.

yes. swap both and iirc you need to go to the 6.5 head gasket.
I just checked to confirm, you need to use the Fel-Pro 6.5L gaskets to use the 6.5 heads. be sure to line up the gaskets correctly with the passages in the heads and block. also you may have to tweak the injector lines a hair (the angle is slightly different than the 6.2 head) but the original lines will fit.

But, westy's offer of a running engine for $300 is a good price.
