can anyone tell me where this M925A2 is from?

I acquired this 1991 M925A2 from GL at Ft. McCoy, WI in September. Does anyone have an idea from the markings on the back of this truck where it may have come from? I am new to collecting MV's, already have three, I am addicted. Would appreciate the help if anyone can identify this truck's origin from the markings.
