cannot contact site moderator

when I try to contact the site moderator, I cannot...I click on the site moderator button a form comes up and lists my address as "verizon", my address "msn.com" I tryed the verizon one did not work, then i put in My address <afucci@msn.com> and I get a tried failure,,,Help,,,
