Can't post in Transportation forum

Have given up for now. I've signed in repeatedly but when I try to add a post to the Transportaion forum I get the page advising I'm not authorized or not signed in. The welcome note reflects that I'm in fact not signed in.

I've signed in yet again and appear to be able to post in this forum.

What am I doing wronig?
