Mark, do you positively have to have a canvas cab top? If you can go with a 3 color vinyl cab top, go to GMA Cover Corp (about $183). Otherwise, you could get a canvas cab top from New Life Canvas Resources, Weebee Webbing, Beachwood Canvas, etc.
