Cargo bed recessed anchor rings / tie-downs

Does anyone know where I can get replacements? I checked in all the TMs and could not find a part number. Mine are all very rusted. The one in the pictures was the best one (and closest to the tailgate).

I would like to replace them all if possible as I am about to refinish the bed with bed liner. I think there is 18 of them.

[Hard Head]

looks worse that they are at times. I just took mine out, knocked the rust off with a brush, put in eastwood fast etch solution which got rid of the rust and put on a nice zinc phosphate coating. Just primed and painted and put them back in. They all work again. I have used them too.
