Cargo Bed Tie-down Hardware Installation

I was wondering if anybody had pictures on how to install the tie-downs in the bed of their M35? I bought six of these and they came with a template but I cannot figure out how they install without drilling through each corner of the tie-down then drilling through the sides of the truck once you cut out the circular area. I have an M35A2C dropside and want these up in the front of the bed. Thanks guys!

Mine are welded in place. Makes for a nice clean installation. You could bolt them I guess if a welder is not handy.
