Well if it doesn’t have an oil drain plug it probably doesn’t have any oil, so not being able to start with no batteries is maybe not a bad thing

Not uncommon for all fluids to have been drained when something comes back from overseas.
Assuming that's the scenario.
I bet GP didn't list it as a runner at auction...(good thing they didn't run it w/o oil).
Are all the other fluids missing?
