So I ran across this web site.
And they have allot of rare bulbs at what I think are reasonable prices
Example, (hmmwv but many are common to most MVs)
1683, dual fil, used as turn/stop .77ea
623. dual fil, used as tail etc .45ea
1251 dual fil used as marker lights .65ea
1864, dual fil, used in inst. panel .30ea
I made an order and they came in no problem and fast USPS priority, they are bulk without boxes but were packed very well, min shipping is $10.65 which got me 25 bulbs before it started to go up any, so of course the more you buy they cheaper the shipping gets and the type of bulb matters a little, better than the $20 or more many MV dealers charge.
