I have a coating of an unknown substance on my M35 tires. It may be CARC or other paint. Any Good Tips for Removing It. Gunk on the tires makes my truck look un-loved.

Cleaning Tires
I used coarse steel wool until my arm got tired, then I sandblasted them.
Worked well.
