Clearence Lights on m1009

How would you go about running the wires in the roof as I cant see a way to remove the headliner if there even is one.

In my 80 GMC p/u, same basic cab front clip construction I believe, I was able to fish a 10ga wire through the driver side “A” pillar and out the hole where the sun visor mounted. I then daisy chained from one light mount hole to the next working my way from the right to the left side and then soldered that wire to the one I fished through the visor hole and pushed it up into the roof panel. Took some patience but made a nice clean install.

Cool. Sounds like a "fun" job. Anyone got pics of a m1009 with clearance lights? Still trying to decide if I want to do them.
