Coating inside frame?

Looks like minimal access to the inside (I took a quick glance this morning without actually getting under it and only noticed 4 drain holes at the bottoms of the frame rails).
Anyone done anything to coat the inside of the frame? If yes, what did you use? Did you have the body tub on the frame?
