cold start gamma goat

hi all i'm in northern michigan and my goat won't turnover when its cold. I jump the starter and it starts and runs and when it warms up not problem. I think it might be the relay but I can't seem to locate it

any ideas??

the relay is little below the starter to the right

you might try checking you cables , neg and pos the start switches are a little spotty sometimes especially if the rubber grommet on the toggle has been missing and the goat has been outside in the weather
