Colour problems jeep cj

Hello everyone! I'm writing fron Italy, and I need a help cause I bought a 1978 jeep cj5 and i'm restoring it. I've problems to understand the original colour code because on the metal identification plate ther is "99". Can you help mi to understand what "99" is for?
Is there a way to find out the story of this jeep? I think this cj5 is a ex USAF jeep, but I'm not sure...

Not sure about the Jeep code , but if it was USAF the correct colors are;

Strata Blue
FED-STD-595 Federal Standard 595 Color FS 15045


Insignia Yellow
FED-STD-595 Federal Standard 595 Color FS 33538
