Connectors for turn signals pull apart or twist?

They pull apart straight but, if they have been there for a while you may have to twist slightly to seperate. The rubber seems to bond together after a while. Some times a little oil under the rubber where the 2 pieces come together helps.

I also use a SMALL flat blade screwdriver along with wd40 to get the connections apart

I always spray w/ a little PB blaster and let them soak a bit.....they come off pretty easy after that
