Continuous clicking noise when starting up m1009

Hey guys, my glow plug relay is making a clicking noise and smoking when starting up. I am assuming that it is bad but I'd figured I'd ask you guys first to see if that's the problem or if it's due to something else. Thanks

Do you have good strong charged batteries? Are all the connections tight on the relay on the firewall? Everything in the picture appears good. But where is the smoke coming from?

Um, yeah, that's bad. Circuit boards aren't supposed to smoke.

Now you need to find out why. Start by checking all your grounds.
