Controls question

In looking at the photos of the 923 interior, I see some trucks have two handles with round knobs on them located to the passenger side of the transmission shift handle. Some trucks don't have these. What are they?

They are the controls for the winch the m923s did not come with winches. M925/932/928 etc. these have winches

There are some Marine M923s with wet kits and no winch, that would put controls in a M923.

A cargo truck with hydraulics? For what?

So you can run it in reverse in case the engine hydro-locks.

I don't know why but I have seen a couple M923s and M927s with wet kits and nothing else. The only common thing was they all were Marine trucks.
