Coolant manifold bolt torque specs

I have looked through the manuals I have and have been unable to find this.
I would like to find the torque specs for the coolant manifold that bolts to the top of the cylinder head. See noted in red in the image...

its a 5/16 or 3/8 bolt right? 7 foot pounds if 5/16........ 13 foot pounds if 3/8 bolt.

if you dont know its EZ as just knowing the size of bolt.
