On the data plate in my truck , a 1969 Kaiser M35A2, it says to Use

TM9-2320-209-10 That's for Gasoline Engines

However IN my truck when I bought it was

TM9-2320-361-10 That's for 6x6 Multifuel

So Wassup here ?

The 361 -10 is for the newer series of truck in Extended Service. A more modern style of writing and designed primarily for the M35A series truck with extended duty service.
Attached is the cover for the 10-1 thru 10-4 which was written for the M35 thru M35A2C in 09/1980.
Before that the 209-10 was written last in 02/1965 and while it did have multifuels in it, it was originally writen for the gas powered trucks of the 50's and early 60's era.
May gas powered truck were later convered to multifuel power.
The 1965 books are worth having as there is good information in them too but you want the209-10 and the 361-10 to read and compare for best overall information gathering.
