Cost of shipping non-runner

What prices should one budget when shipping a truck from auction? I paid 1800 a few years ago, but that was a running truck and going through a big online shipping company.

I’ve been shopping the auctions and should know what to expect for shipping costs. I’m 7hours from the Georgia location but cross country from Cali.

Another Q - what happens with all the parts just floating around in the backseat? Obviously I’d want those to not blow away on the highway. What will happen with stuff like this?

Shipper should secure it. If something doesn't arrive with the truck (blows off on the highway), call the GovPlanet dude on your release form and submit a claim. They are pretty good about refunding replacement value.
