Couple ?: Crankcase element/cap, light controls

Just picked up my first m923a2 and have been spending some time going over it. One thing I noticed is the truck appears to be missing a breathing element for the crankcase. I'm assuming it's not suppose to be wide open.

can anyone provide me a source/part# for the correct one or put up a picture of the correct configuration.

also this truck came with the push button panel for light controls and I am getting a second truck that is in nicer condition but doesn't. Has anyone swapped these and is it a massive undertaking or straight forward.

Thanks. Downloaded a bunch of the tm's but missed the ones ending in p. I'll track those down and appreciate the direction.
