Crank no start

Another no start post !
M1008, cranks well but won't start.
Recent lift pump, glow plugs. Have got fuel at filter, but only small amount at injectors.
Friend on here had same problem & had his injector pump rebuilt. Guessing I've got the same problem.
Best way to check this before I take it off ?

Do you have the original box fuel filter?

No, been replaced with a spin on before I owned it

Make 100% sure the glow plugs are glowing good and hot before pulling the injection pump.

Ok, good. Those box ones were a pain. How recent was the filter changed?
